This warranty is only valid for screen protectors that are considered defective. Defective is defined as possessing an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, damages caused by cases or bumpers, etc., caused by owner/user error are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Before contacting us, please make sure you review these troubleshooting tips and follow the specific instructions given.
Bubbles or Hazes:
1. Make sure any dust particles or lint have been properly removed according to the instructions.
2. Make sure the protector has been aligned as required.
3. When trying to remove bubbles or haze (air between your iPhone and the protector), your iPhone must be removed from any case or bumper.
4. If the use of a case or bumper did cause bubbles or a haze, gently rub/massage the bubbles/haze out toward the edge of the screen, then allow the protector to readjust.
5. Allow the CINDER protector to readjust itself for 24 hours after installation before placing your iPhone in a case or bumper.
If following these steps does not resolve your problem, you can submit a warranty claim.
How To Submit A Warranty Claim:
First, we need to identify the problem.
Please use the official online Warranty Form found on our Contact page. Warranty Claims submitted using any other form or method will not be honored.
Please remember to attach a copy of your receipt, and a short description and photo of the problem. (PLEASE NOTE: A photo of the warranty problem is required in order to process your claim.) We will respond to you within two (2) business days.
If our warranty team agrees to replace your product, we will cover the replacement shipping costs. (US customers only).
You must mail/ship back your original product(s) in the original packaging with the protector placed on the protection plate, along with a copy of your sales receipt and a description of the problem. Including all of this information in your package will help ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim.

The shipping costs for returning your protector to Cupert are the responsibility of the owner. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier-related fees are the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Cupert Technology. Cupert Technology is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments when returning product(s).
One-Year Replacement Option
In situations such as accidental drops, installation failures, etc. that cause the protector to break, we offer a discount of 20% when purchasing a new protector.

The shipping costs for returning your protector to Cupert are the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Cupert Technology. Cupert Technology is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments when returning product(s).
Once the product is received by Cupert, we will inspect the product (within 7-10 business days of receipt, on average) to determine if the product is covered under our Replacement Option. If the product is determined to be covered under the Replacement Option, Cupert will email you a special 20% off coupon code so you may reorder the product.
DISCLAIMER: All products returned to Cupert Technology will be subject to review for authentication. If any product is found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Cupert's legal department for further actions. Counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Cupert Technology.
Limitation On Liability
In no event shall Cupert Technology or its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, property damage, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Cupert Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cupert Technology has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices, other personal property in the products, or any loss of data contained in the preceding devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever [including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise], the entire liability of Cupert Technology and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above might not apply to you.
Once the product is received by Cupert, we will inspect the product (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if the product is covered under the Limited Warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Cupert, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Cupert Technology will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the Limited Warranty to remedy the defective product.

Counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Cupert Technology.
Warranty Disclaimers
Cupert Technology (“Cupert”) makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. Cupert will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
Cupert reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Cupert product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.
Defection caused by any other accident, including a failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for under Cupert's warranties. Due to possible variations and inconsistencies in third party manufacturing, Cupert does not warranty damages caused by cases and bumpers, even those on our case compatibility list. Cupert conducts its own tests and cannot guarantee consistencies in third party production.
For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied, and this remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.
Cupert reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at Cupert’s sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or is no longer in production, Cupert reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product at Cupert's judgment and discretion.
Cupert Technology, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Cupert product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.
