How much does shipping cost?

After adding a product to your shopping cart, you will be able to calculate the cost in USD based on your preferred shipping option, ZIP code and country.

Which shipping options do you offer in the U.S. and Canada?

We offer a wide variety of shipping options and carriers for our customers’ convenience. Our system will even calculate the best shipping option for you, in real time, during the checkout process.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Cupert will notify you via e-mail when your order has shipped.

How do I figure out when my order will arrive?
You will be given the processing and shipping times when you select a shipping method during your checkout process. You will also receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

What global shipping options do you offer?

We offer door-to-door shipping and delivery for our customers overseas via DHL Priority Mail Service.

How long will it take to for my order to arrive if I live outside the U.S.?

Shipping to Europe takes about 3-8 days. Customers in the rest of the world should receive their product in 6-11 days. Please note these are general delivery times only.

Will my international order have customs or brokerage fees added onto it?

It’s possible. Packages shipped from one country to another can have brokerage or customs fees added. The person receiving the package is responsible for paying these fees for customs clearance, which can vary greatly from country to country. These fees are imposed based on governing legislation in the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ascertain any additional costs before purchasing. Cupert has no control over customs or brokerage fees or the amounts charged.

What if I do not receive my order?

Most orders make it to their destination without any issues. There are, on rare occasion, packages that get lost or delivered to the incorrect address. Should your package not be received within five (5) days after its expected arrival date, we ask that you please to contact us using the Order Form on our contact page so we can attempt to locate it for you.
